Project Story

Hospitap is developed for Bali Royal Hospital, Indonesia. The aim of the application is to offer a seamless hospital process with the help of technology. The app has various log-in options for different users like the patient, doctor, finance, operations etc. With this application, patients can book the appointment physically or through video calling. Along with this, they are able to access the diagnosis results via this application. Hospitap reduces the paperwork by offering the e-treatment to the patients. This app helps you find online medical services & solutions to enable you to take better care of yourself.

Challenges

Challenges are part of any project, how you handle it shows your expertise.

Problem

Hospitap has a web app as well as a mobile application. The first challenge was to manage lots of tables in the database because it is in a different language (Bahasa). Also, there were no standards followed for data entry and data retrieval. Another problem was integrating the Veritrans payment gateway as it only works for Indonesia.

Considering the mobile app part, it was very challenging to make a multilingual app. It was also tedious to provide the shortest route between the user's current location and destination.

Solution

To offer our developer a discret file for Bhasha language to manage language in the app and standardize the data entry and data retrieval, our developers customized it. Our developers solve the issue of payment integration by asking direct permission from Veritrans.

To solve the mobile app's challenges, our developers made logics and algorithms and implemented them in the application.

Technical Stack

The web is build on PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and for the Android it was built using Java and iOS by Objective-C.

Result

The final product is an application that seamlessly performs all the hospital
works including, front office, back office, treatment, diagnosis, report generation and much more.
